Contacting Brandzila
When you send an enquiry, we receive the contact details and project information you provide so we can respond and discuss your request. Website hosting, email and form services support this process. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry. Agreeing to an enquiry response is separate from choosing optional measurement cookies.
Your cookie choices
Optional Analytics and Meta marketing measurement are off until you choose them. You can accept all, reject optional measurement or select each purpose separately. Use the Cookie choices button on the website to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days; clearing browser storage also resets it. Essential website functions and enquiry submission remain available when optional measurement is rejected.
Analytics
If you allow Analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics to measure page visits, website interactions and successful enquiry forms. This helps us understand website use and report advertising conversions through our linked Google Ads account. Google may receive browser and device information, page URLs, referral information, interaction events and cookie identifiers. Our event code does not include the name, email address, phone number or message entered in an enquiry. Advertising personalisation and user-data consent remain denied in this integration.
Meta marketing measurement
If you allow Meta marketing measurement, Meta Pixel sends PageView events and a Lead event when an enquiry form reports successful sending. Meta receives browser event information, page and referral URLs, device/network information and cookie or advertising-click identifiers. These events help measure Meta advertising. A Lead event means a successful form response; it does not establish lead quality, a sale or a WhatsApp conversation. Automatic advanced matching, automatic page/product-detail capture and automatic event detection are disabled. This website integration does not send enquiry fields, customer lists or server-side customer records to Meta.
Storage and third-party services
The essential preference entry is bz_consent_v1 in browser local storage. With your selected permissions, Google may set cookies such as _ga and Meta may set _fbp or _fbc. Provider cookie lifetimes can vary; your browser settings let you inspect or remove them. Withdrawing a choice stops subsequent optional measurement and removes the related first-party measurement cookies that this website can access. It cannot recall events already received by a provider or remove cookies belonging to another website.
Google and Meta process information under their own policies and may process it outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Cookies Policy. Following a WhatsApp, email or other external link opens a separate service governed by that service’s policies.
